Clare’s delegates at tomorrow’s Special GAA Convention will vote in favour of Proposal B to restructure the football championship.
Chairman of Clare GAA Jack Chaplin indicated earlier this week that Clare would be supporting the motion, with delegates at last nights board meeting formally rubber-stamping the decision.
It was also decided that Clare football boss Colm Collins should attend the Convention as a delegate.

The proposal, which would see the Munster championship become a stand alone competition with a league based All Ireland series, needs 60% support to pass the vote.
