A motion by Clare GAA clubs to have all games broadcast on Free to air TV will not be raised at national congress.

The proposal will be discussed at Central Council but it will not be on the agenda for discussion publically later this month.
The decision is being described as disappointing by the Chairman of Clare's County Board.
Michael McDonagh says the organisation would benefit in the long term if GAA games were broadcast for free across the globe.
