Clare football boss Colm Collins has confirmed they are considering an appeal against the red card handed out to David Tubridy in the dying minutes of their loss against Kildare.
The Doonbeg man was dismissed after officials judged he had struck out as he was being prevented from taking a quick free.

It means he's in danger of missing the Division Three Final in Croke Park against Kildare, with the Banner also securing promotion to Division Two for 2017.
Collins says the manner of the sending off was hugely disappointing.
