Clare minor’s have qualifed for their third Munster final in a row after a 1-19 to 2-14 extra time win over Limerick.
Clare looked like they were crusing to next month’s final when leading by 1-14 to 0-11 with just a minute remaining before Limerick scored a penalty and then centre back Barry O Connell shot to the net to send the game to extra time.

Clare were down to 14 men for the additional period after captain Shane O Brien was sent off for conceding the penalty at the end of normal time but held their nerve to hold on for the two point win in an almost dark Cusack park.
