Clare suffered a comprehensive defeat to Cork in last night’s Munster Minor Semi Final clocking up just 6 points to the rebels 1-16.
Cork were 1-1 to no score in front after just 90 seconds thanks to a goal straight from the throw -in.

Clare only recorded their opening score in the 21st minute, when Niall Hickey landed a free but at half-time the visitors led 1-5 to 0-3.
The Banner side managed to clock up just three more points in the second half compared to 11 for the rebels with the final score line 1-16 to 6 points.
Cork now go on to face Tipperary in the Munster Minor final after their shock defeat of Kerry in last night’s other semi.
