Clare seeks consolation prizes at final day of Clonmel

 

The  three-day coursing meeting at Clonmel comes to an end today, with the Oaks and Derby champions set to be decided.

Clare interest in the main competitions has ended, but dog owners from across the county are hoping to win some of the consolation stakes.

Gaisce Mor, owned by the Gaisce syndicate in Quilty, is still in the running for the Kitty Butler Stakes.

Meanwhile Donnelans Cross, owned by Mary Grace in Shannon, and Uptown Abu of the ‘Rumour Has It Syndicate’ in Ennis are both hoping for glory in the Keen Laddie Stakes.
