Clare swimming club wins gold at natioanl championships

Clare swimmers achieved Gold in the 4x200m relay at the Irish Longcourse
National Swimming Championships 2011 at the National Aquatic Centre on Friday
evening

 On the team were: Bernard Cahill, Dylan Barrett,
Dylan Ryan and Conor Rooney.
