One of Clare’s key players feels the manner of their victory over Wexford leaves them in a strong position to build on it next weekend.
The three point win over Davy Fitzgerald’s side saw the Banner into the second round of qualifiers, where they will meet Cork at the LIT Gaelic Grounds on Saturday afternoon.
It is a first qualifier meeting between the sides since 2015, with the Rebels coming through that game along with victories in the 2017 and 2018 Munster finals.
