Collins expecting tight campaign in Allianz National Football League Division Three

The manager of the Clare Senior Footballers is predicting a tough campaign in Division Three of the National Football League.

Colm Collins side get the year underway on Sunday with a home clash against Sligo before travelling to take on Tipperary next week.

It's expected the team for Sunday's clash will be named tonight.

The Cratloe man says there's a long campaign ahead.

Meanwhile Sligo will have two newcomers on their team for Sunday's game.

Gerard O'Kelly Lynch and Brian Egan make their first start in the league at wing back and corner forward respectively. 

Sligo remain without Adrian Marren through injury. 

Meanwhile Kevin McDonnell, Eoin Flanagan and Criostoir Davey all get recalls after their involvement in college football during the Connacht FBD league
