Committee Set To Be Ratified As Garry Steps Back

Final preparations are being made for clubs across Clare to ratify the group tasked with overseeing a strategic plan for Gaelic games in this county.

It comes as it’s believed Ennis native Tony Garry has withdrawn his name from consideration to be a part of the group.

Kilrush native Roisin Glynn and Sixmilebridge man and Vice Chair of the County Board Kieran Keating were added to the group last week.

The move is set to be rubber stamped by Clare clubs at March’s County Board meeting.
