Clare’s Roisín Considine says the squad are looking forward to having competitive games against quality opposition in this year’s National League.
The first of those comes on Sunday when fellow intermediate side Wexford visit Cusack Park in their Division 2B opener.
Evan Talty’s side will also face games against senior opposition in the form of neighbours Kerry and a Meath side who ended Clare’s championship hopes last year.

Liscannor’s Considine feels the squad will learn a huge amount from facing that calibre of opponent.
