Clare have been knocked out of the Munster Senior Hurling Championship.
The Banner have been beaten by Cork at the Gaelic Grounds, in a final scoreline of 0-23 to 0-15.
Clare, playing with the advantage of a strong wind in the first half, led 0-11 to 0-8 at the break with Podge Collins scoring the first 3 of his five points from play.
However, the Rebels eased away in the second half, and ran out eight-point winners.
Clare now go into the All Ireland Qualifiers, and will face Laois, Dublin or Kilkenny.
Anthony Daly’s Dubs drew with the Cats at Portlaoise this afternoon, 1-14 to 0-17. A late TJ Reid point averted an upset for the Cats.
The draw takes place tomorrow morning.
