Corofin get ready for All Ireland final

The preparations are continuing for the two Clare clubs involved in Munster and All Ireland action this weekend.

St Breckan’s and Corofin both trained last evening with the North Clare sides  reporting no serious injury worries ahead of Sunday’s historic encounters against Gneevguila and Four roads respectivley

Corofin are hoping they can emulate West Clare’s Gaels  maiden All Ireland success of last week when they line out in Athenry this Sunday

The Clare side are appering in their first ever All Ireland final after a fairytale year which saw them beat Truagh in the county final and Cappaquin in the Munster final.

Goalkeeper Carmel Tierney says they hope to repeat the same perforamnce the lady footballers gave last week in claiming the All Ireland title:

Defender Brenda O Donghue has also called for the side to start Sunday’s All Ireland final more positivly

Against both Tir Na nOg and Cappoquin the Clare side have been slow to get into their stride-something which the wing back warns against on Sunday:
