Countdown on to Clare SFC Semi Finals

Clondegad boss Michael Hehir says his side are reaping the rewards of hard work in 2015 as they prepare for the semi final of the Clare Senior Football Championship.

The Ballynacally based side dethroned county champions Cratloe in the last eight, and now face Cooraclare with a place in the decider at stake.

A win on Sunday would mean that Clondegad will contest the championship, Cusack Cup and O'Gorman Cup finals this year, and Hehir says it's a testament to the commitment the squad give.

There's been a change of time for that game, with throw in now delayed an hour until 3.30pm in Kilmihil on Sunday.

Meanwhile Miltown boss Michael Neylon says his side face another stiff test from North Clare opposition if they are to take their place in the final.

A three point win over Ennistymon last time out has the west Clare side just 60 minutes away from a first final in 24 years.

Standing in their way are the men of St Breckans, and Neylon says he's been impressed by their opponents so far this year.

That game gets underway on Saturday evening at 5.15pm in Cusack Park.
