In senior county football action St Senans Kilkee, Kilmurray Ibrickane and Kilrush Shmrocks are all into the semi finals of the county senior football championship after respective wins in the q-finals today.
KIlkee dumped Wolfe Tones out of the championship after a thrilling game in Miltown finished 4-11 to 3-7 to the Seasiders.
Kilkee had led at half time by 2-8 to 2-2 and Wolfe tones had Frank Lohan sent off for a straight red card midway through the second half.
Elsewhere in Cooraclare Kilmurray Ibrickane easily disposed of O Currys by 2-14 to 7 points in a one sided clash.
Kilmurray Ibricakne were 1-6 to 3points up at half time and controled the game from start to finish.
Kilrush Shamrocks beat Miltown St Josephs by 1-8 to 6 points in the second game in Cooracalre.
Rory O Connor got the all important goal which means Kilrush and Kilkee now meet in the semi finals.
