Cratloe have drawn with Kilmaley in their Quarter Final of the Clare Senior Championship this afternoon.
At half-time, Cratloe led 0-10 to 0-08 having played with the breeze. The Collins’ brothers, Sean and Podge, had scored four of their first half points.
Kilmaley had four of the opening six points in the second half, leaving the score deadlocked at 0-12 apiece. Then in a seven-minute period, there were 8 scoring opportunities – Cratloe scored their three, while Kilmaley had five wides.
Cratloe thus led 0-15 to 0-12, but 2 frees and a point from play by Kenneth Kennedy levelled the sides within five minutes remaining.
Cathal McInerney, who came on as a late substitute, put Cratloe ahead with two minutes to go but John Cabbie equalized for Kilmaley forcing the replay.
