Crusheen and Cratloe to Clash in Senior Hurling Championship Final

The Clare Senior Hurling Championship Final will be contested by Crusheen and Cratloe after this weekends semi final action.

Crusheen were first to book their spot as they overcame Clonlara in a tense affair by ten points to eight.

Manager John Carmody praised his sides resolve. 

Cratloe overcame Clarecastle by 4-15 to 1-19 to set up a repeat of the 2010 decider.

Conor McGrath was the standout performer with 3 goals and 4 points.

Cratloe captain Liam Markham praised McGrath, and also said they know the challenge they'll face to lift the Canon Hamilton.

Wolfe Tones and Broadford have been relegated to intermediate for 2015.

They lost out to St Josephs Doora Barefield and Whitegate respectively.

St Josephs and Whitegate will now play off to determine who stays up and who makes the drop

Feakle are the 2014 Clare Intemediate Hurling Champions.

They beat east Clare rivals Parteen in a thrilling final by 4-10 to 2-12.
