Clare hurling boss Davy Fitzgerald's new selector and coach says he's confident any past confrontations between them have been put to bed.

Fitzgerald and Cusack were fierce rivals for a number of years, while Cusack also told in his book of a confrontation they had on an All Stars trip in America.
