Destination Of Clare Senior Football Final To Be Decided On Sunday

The destination of the 2016 Clare Senior Football title will be decided on Sunday, when Kilmurry Ibrickane and Cratloe go head to head in Cusack Park.

It's the fourth time in the last six seasons that the sides have met in the championship, while both clubs have won two titles each since the turn of the decade.

Cratloe will have to plan without key forward Conor McGrath, but manager Colm Collins is hopeful the rest of the squad will step up to the mark.

Meanwhile Kilmurry Ibrickane will look to take outright fourth place in the overall roll of honour on Sunday as they bid to win their 14th ever title.

This year sees the Bricks led by club legend Aidan Horse Moloney, who won three titles with Kilmurry as a player.

He says everyone is looking forward to Sunday's final.

It gets underway on Sunday in Cusack Park at 3.30pm, live commentary here on Clare FM in association with Jones's Supervalu Miltown Malbay.

The curtain raiser will be the minor final between Eire Óg and St Josephs Doora Barefield with that one throwing in at 1.30pm
