They lost against Comeragh Rangers of Waterford by 4-14 to 0-9.
The Wateford side led at HT by 1-8 to 0-4, and a strong second half performance sealed the win.
Meanwhile Kilmihil went down against Castleisland Desmonds of Kerry by 1-14 to 1-9.
They trailed by 1-6 to 0-6 at the break, but an Eimear Considine goal in the second half cut the gap to just a point.
That seemed to spark the Kerry side into life, and they dominated the closing stages to claim a 5 point win.
