Chelsea have confirmed that Didier Drogba is to leave the club in the summer after eight years at Stamford Bridge.
The 34-year-old was the Blues hero during last Saturday’s Champions League final win over Bayern Munich and his last kick for the club was the match-winning spot-kick in the penalty shoot-out.

He helped the club to three Premier League titles, four FA Cups, two League Cups as well as last weekend’s dramatic European Cup victory.
The 34-year-old had wanted a two-year extension to his current contract, but its believed that Chelsea were only willing to offer him a one-year deal.
