A prominent member of the Eire Óg panel preparing for this weekend's County Final with Cratloe believes a win would be the ultimate morale booster for the club.
The Townies last reached the final in 2007, when they lost to Lissycasey, having won the title the previous year.

They have had success in recent times at other grades, claiming the U21 and Junior A titles last year.
However, Sean O'Meara says a win this weekend would help push the club forward for years to come.
