Ennis Heavyweight Martin Keenan captured his first National title last night at the National Stadium in Dublin when he knocked out Thurles fighter John O’Connor in the final of the Irish Novice Championships.
The eighteen-year-old Keenan who is in his second year of Boxing stopped his opponent with a right uppercut to the solar plexus after only thirty seconds of action
