Clare’s Bernard Cahill takes home a silver medal from the Irish Short Course Championships in Lisburn this weekend.
The Ennis swimmer finished second after a close encounter in the 400 meter Freestyle Final.
He was beaten by Andrew Meegan by just 0.4 of a second.
