Final preparations are well underway ahead of this weekend’s highly anticipated Senior County Football Final between Doonbeg and Liscannor.
The Magpies will be chasing their 18th title have last won in 2001 when their defeated Eire Óg to take the Jack Daly Cup – for Liscannor the gap is much longer but Sunday’s final will be the North Clare Side’s third in the last decade.
Throw in for the 116th Clare Senior Football Final is 3.30 at Cusack park which will be refereed by Kilmurray Ibrickane Michael Talty .
And Clare FM will have live coverage of the clash in association with The Auburn Lodge Hotel, Ennis. Clare’s leading wedding and Christmas party venue.
Before that Saturday will see the replay of the County Senior Hurling Semi Final between Clonlara and Cratloe with Crusheen waiting in the wings for the victor.
