Fitzgerald Insists Clare Can Bounce Back From Tipp Loss

Clare manager Davy Fitzgerald is remaining positive ahead of the Banner’s final two Allianz League Division 1A encounters.

His side suffered their third defeat in as many games in this year's League, going down 2-19 to 0-20 against Tipperary at Cusack Park.

They now face a battle for survival in the top tier, with games at home to Dublin and away to Kilkenny to come.

Galway are right in contention for a place in the knockout stages of the Hurling League following their 0-20 to 0-18 win over Kilkenny.

Limerick went second in Division 1B, after beating Wexford in a 7-goal thriller.

Meanwhile, Clare's camogie side are also still searching for their first win of the 2015 League.

Chloe Morey struck a late goal, but Colm Honan’s side were beaten by Dublin, 1-13 to 1-11.
