Clare manager Davy Fitzgerald has appealed for those within Clare GAA to give his side the best opportunity to retain their All Ireland crown.

Fitzgerald and his management team were believed to be unhappy with the decision to allow a round of club fixtures to be played in the lead up to the clash with Wexford.
They then invoked a 13 day rule which forced the remainder of the round to be postponed, as it meant club players were unavailable for the games.
Speaking after the Banners extra time draw with Wexford on Saturday, Fitzgerald said that obstacles were being placed in their way.
