Mary Immaculate have confirmed that they intend to take their Fitzgibbon Cup case to the GAA's Disputes Resolution Authority.
The Limerick college were initially reinstated to the competition after IT Carlow were thrown out for fielding an illegal player', before Carlow won an appeal against that decision.

It means that tomorrow's scheduled quarter-finals are likely to be further postponed.
