And it was a hugely successful day for Clare participants at the Munster Indoor athletics championships in Nenagh yesterday.
The county claimed five gold medals with the top prize going to Miriam Hamilton in the 3000 metre walk,Keith King in the High Jump,David Courtney in the pole vault and double success for Harriet Flynn in the 800 and 1500 metres.
