Munster hooker Jerry Flannery will undergo a scan today on his injured calf
Flannery picked up the damage during the Reds 35-10 win over Ulster at Thomond Park having just come back from an injury ravaged 18 months.
He is expected to miss the final two Heineken cup pool games against Toulon and London Irish.
