Munster flanker Billy Holland says pre-season training with the province has been going well ahead of the new season.
Munster have their first home match of the season this Friday, a friendly in Waterford against London Irish, before the action proper kicks off seven days later at Edinburgh.

The matches are the first for Killaloe's Anthony Foley, Munster's new head coach, and flanker Holland says the players have been worked hard by the coaching staff over recent weeks.
