A Clare woman who is a former captain of the Ireland has backed the current team to win their World Cup semi-final this evening, and the Final on Sunday.
Ireland take on England on the outskirts of Paris at 5 o'clock this evening, a week after they claimed victory over New Zealand during the group stage of the competition.

Killaloe woman Rosie Foley, who has 39 caps for Ireland and played in two World Cups, feels the team will have received a major boost from this result, while she also feels Ireland's experience of taking on England in the Six Nations each year will be an advantage.
