Four Claremen Remain In Contention At South Of Ireland

The South of Ireland Golf Championship continues in Lahinch today, with four Claremen still in contention.

Ed Hickey of Shannon, Stephen Loftus and Thomas Neenan of Lahinch and Dromoland's Tony Cleary all came through their games there yesterday, as did former winner Pat Murray who hit a remarkable hole-in-one albatross on the par four 13th.

Meanwhile, Bernhard Langer won the Senior Open golf by a record margin of 13 shots ahead of Colin Montgomerie.
