Two Clare schools are seeking to secure their places in the Harty Cup hurling quarter-finals this afternoon.
St. Flannan’s are currently top of Group B with two wins and avoiding defeat in Cappamore to Cork’s Gaelcholáiste Mhuire an Mhainistir Thuaigh will secure the Ennis side their place.
It’s a similar situation in Mallow for St. Joseph’s Tulla as they meet Cork’s Árdscoil Uí Urmaltaigh, Bandon. The winner advances in Group D with a draw sufficient to put the Clare side through on scoring difference.
