One of Munster’s longest serving players believes international breaks are vital for young players to continue to break through into the province’s squad.
Johaan Van Graan’s side take on Benetton this evening with a much changed starting 15 to that which lost to Leinster last weekend.
A number of younger players, including Ennis scrum half Ethan Coughlan, have been called up to the province to provide cover to those who’ve been called up to Ireland’s Six Nations squad.

Munster lock Billy Holland says senior players being away can sometimes help the squad develop further.
