Horan Concerned About Impact Of Erasmus Departure

A former Munster rugby great admits the province could struggle if they fail to hold onto Rassie Erasmus.

The South African, who has been largely credited for Munster’s resurgence this past season, is being linked with a return to his homeland where he would take up a senior position with the Springboks.

Reports have even indicated that he has already triggered a six-month release clause in his contract.

In his first year with the side, Erasmus brought Munster to the latter stages of the Guiness Pro12 and Champions Cup, and former Munster prop Marcus Horan of Clonlara says it would be a blow if he were to depart now.
