Clonlara’s Marcus Horan will be hoping to break into the Munster starting fifteen for this Sunday’s Heineken Cup clash against the Scarlets at Thomond Park.
Horan came on as a sub in last Saturday’s clash between the sides in Wales, and will likely have to make do with a place on the bench once more with Wian du Preez set to retain his spot at tight-head.
Horan has been named in an extended 29 man squad for the game, along with Killaloe’s Damien Varley who is expected to retain his starting spot at hooker with Jerry Flannery still out of action.
