Ireland continue warm up for Euro 2012 with tie against Bosnia

With just over 2 weeks to go until Ireland’s first Euro 2012 fixture against Croatia, Giovanni Trappatoni’s side wave goodbye to their home support with a friendly against Bosnia this afternoon.

Trap has named a strong starting lineup,

Kieran Westwood starts between the posts in place of the injured Shay Given,

Paul McShane lines out at right back despite not making the squad for the Championships,

Darron Gibson partners Glenn Whelan in the engine-room,

And Sunderland’s James McClean makes his first senior start on the left wing.

Captain Robbie Keane says McClean  has adapted well to the Senior set-up…

Kickoff at the Aviva Stadium is 3pm.

Elsewhere Ireland’s group rivals Spain host Serbia at 5pm,

And Roy Hodgson’s reign as England boss begins with a trip to Oslo to face Norway at a quarter to eight.
