Clare’s John Conlon has been named the PwC GAA/GPA Player of the Month in hurling.
The Clonlara clubman’s 1-3 tally in their victory over Waterford last time out helped him take home the accolade.
He also won a vital penalty in the opening half while the game was in the balance.

Conlon’s focus will now be turning to the clash with Tipperary in Semple Stadium this Sunday.
