Ulsters Declan Fitzpatrick starts at tight head beside Rory Best and Cian Healy while Munsters Simon Zebo starts on the left wing.
Dan Touhy is partnered by Donnacha Ryan in the second row while Peter O’Mahony, Sean O’Brien and Jamie Heaslip are the back row.
Connor Murray and Johnny Sexton are the half backs with Fergus Mc Fadden on the right.
