The holders saw off a stern challenge from Kilmihil to take a 1-13 to 0-13 victory, with county star Keelan Sexton accounting for 0-9 of the winners tally.
Kilmurry led by 0-11 by 0-9 at the final water break but a late Mark McCarthy goal proved to be a crucial score.
