The Clare U21 side are set to have a number of challenge games over the coming days in preparation for their All Ireland final with Kilkenny on Sunday week in Croke Park.
Clare have already played a number of challenge games so far this season including one against their All Ireland final opponents earlier this summer and a game against Galway before the Munster championship.
Darch Honan is understood to be undergoing intensive treatment on his injured hamstring to allow him play for Clare in the final.
