Conor McGregor says Floyd Mayweather’s knowledge of the sport proved to the difference in their eagerly awaited bout in Las Vegas.
Mayweather won in the 10th round with a technical knockout to secure his 50th straight pro victory before retirement.
McGregor was arguably the better of the two boxers in the opening few rounds, but as was predicted he struggled for stamina as the fight went on.

The Dubliner did well not to be stopped in the 8th round after a flurry of hits from his opponent, but the referee eventually called a halt to proceedings shortly afterwards.
