Michéal McDermott has opted to stand down as manager of Kilmurray Ibrickane.
The Clare Football boss who oversaw Kilmurray for two years informed the club’s chairman and panel of players of his decision on Tuesday evening last.

McDermott has stressed that there was no animosity or fallout with Kilmurray Ibrickane but said it was not really feasible to do both jobs the way they need to be done and that is concentration in on Clare now.
