Just days after his victory at the Deuthsche Bank Championship Rory McIlroy has taken a share of the lead after the first round of the BMW Championship.
He hit an 8-under par 64 to join Graham DeLaet, Bo Van Pelt and US Open champion Webb Simpson at the top of the leader board.

Graeme McDowell is tied for 16th on 4 under while Padraig Harrington is 2 under.
