There was mixed fortunes for the Clare players involved in the Munster Inter Provincial Squads on Sunday.
Gary Brennan and Alan Clohessy both started for Munster but couldn’t prevent the province losing to Ulster in their semi final in Armagh by 1-14 to 1-13.

Brendan Bugler started for Liam Sheedy’s hurling side as they easily defeated Ulster by 3-20 to 1-14 to set up a meeting with Connacht who saw off Leinster by 3-13 to 1-16 in Tullamore.
