Spanish Point Golf Club are celebrating more success today after capturing their third Munster Country Clubs Cup in five years.

The competition, which was hosted at the west Clare club for the first time, saw them take defeat Cork opposition in the final.
The win comes hot on the heels of their victory in the Munster Pierce Purcell Shield, with the club due to travel to Carton House in September for the All Ireland series.
Spanish Point club captain Fergal Hehir says a close bond between the players and strong work ethic is crucial to their success.
