New chairman of Bord na Nog Iomaint Martin Reynolds is hoping to improve relations with Bord Na Og Peil in the county following his election at last nights agm in Ennis.
The Clarecastle clubman was elected unopposed to succeed Sean O Halloran while the positions of Tresurer and Secretary were left unfilled due to no candidates putting their names forward at last nights meeting.
Reynolds has been elected for a possible 5 year term and he told Clare Fm that more co operation between the underage boards in the county is his top priority:
Former chairman Sean O Halloran has also confirmed to Clare fm that he will not be seeking the role of vice chairman in 2011.
The Bodyke man was asked to rejoin the executive as vice chairman at last nights meeting but the U21 selector has indicated he will be continuing his role with the development squads commitee and work at underage level.
