A member of the Banner Ladies football management team preparing for Munster action this weekend says the team tend to thrive on the big stage.
They set out to defend their Munster title against Kerry outfit Castleisland/Duagh on Sunday after romping to another Clare title last month.

Throw in is at 5pm in Rathkeale on Sunday.
Tomorrow sees the Kilmihil intermediate ladies taking on Cork side Beara in the Munster Semi Final.
That one is underway in Dromtariffe Co Cork at 3.30pm.
