Manchester United are back to winning ways in the Premier League at Old Trafford.

Despite a scare, Man City claimed all 3 points away to Fulham to move up to second place. City led 2-nil though Toure and Kompany, before a Kompany Own Goal and a Kieran Richardson goal brought Fulham back level. However Navas and Milner scored late on for City to give them a 4-2 win.

Newcastle are up to sixth in the table after a 3-nil win over Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park. Cabaye and Ben Arfa were on the scoresheet for Newcastle, with Danny Gabbidon also scoring an own goal.

West Brom and Hull City played out a 1-all draw- Livermore with Hull’s goal, with Vydra equalising for West Brom.

Stoke beat Aston Villa 2-1 at The Brittania. Stoke’s goals came from Charlie Adam and Peter Crouch, with Libor Kozak getting one back for Villa.

And Sunderland remain rooted to the bottom of the table after a nil-all draw against Norwich at the Stadium of Light. Wes Brown was sent off there late on for Sunderland.

Earlier, Luis Suarez was in terrific form for Liverpool as they beat Cardiff City 3-1 at Anfield. Suarez scored twice and also laid on an assist for Raheem Sterling to score. Cardiff’s goal came from Jordan Mutch in the second half. The win moves Liverpool top of the table, at least temporarily, with Arsenal not playing until Monday.
